Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website, funnels, landing pages, calendars, surveys, digital products, services, or communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or purchase our digital products.
Services and Digital Products
In Motion Productions LLC provides professional media production services, marketing services, consulting, training, educational materials, and digital products.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, refuse, or limit any service, product, or feature at any time.
Payments and Billing
We may accept payment through invoices, payment links, subscriptions, recurring billing arrangements, and one-time purchases.
Payment terms include:
50% upfront payment is required to secure your production slot and begin strategy and filming.
Remaining balances are billed according to the applicable Service Agreement.
Late payments will incur a 1.5% monthly fee or the maximum amount permitted by law.
Nonpayment may result in immediate suspension of services, access, deliverables, accounts, or products until payment obligations are satisfied.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
All payments are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
Once production has begun, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including change of mind, reduction in ad spend, slower-than-expected results, or any other circumstance.

Remaining balances will be billed monthly as outlined in the Service Agreement.
Late payments will incur a 1.5% monthly fee (or the maximum allowed by law) and may result in immediate pause of all services until caught up.
Limited Exception:
In extreme cases of documented hardship or force majeure, as solely determined by In Motion Productions LLC, we may offer a credit toward future services in lieu of any refund.
Termination and Cancellation Notice
Clients wishing to terminate services must provide at least thirty (30) days written notice by email to:
Termination requests become effective only upon receipt and acknowledgment by In Motion Productions LLC.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, videos, graphics, designs, training materials, documents, digital products, software, branding, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of In Motion Productions LLC unless otherwise stated in writing.
Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use purchased content for its intended purpose.
You may not:

Reproduce
Resell
Redistribute
Modify
License
Transfer
Republish
any content without prior written permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Violate any law or regulation
Infringe upon intellectual property rights
Distribute harmful software or malicious code
Attempt unauthorized access to systems

Use services for fraudulent purposes

Misuse content, training materials, or digital products

To the fullest extent permitted by law, In Motion Productions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from the use of our services, digital products, website, communications, or content.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.
Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to services, products, communications, accounts, or content at our sole discretion for:
Nonpayment
Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent activity
Misuse of services
Conduct that may harm our business or users
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
